Helvetica is considered the most ubiquitous font, used on signage throughout the western world. A documentary with the same name as the font, Helvetica, needed an identity that embodied the swiss grid the font is influenced by.
Swiss design is heavily influenced by angles and cropping objects while still skirting on the edge of readability. The design was approched with this concept in mind, with cropped letterforms forming the title of the documentary and font. The rest of the design followed a strict grid, and is branded across multiple media to create a cohesive identity.
